O Canada! Canada has so much natural beauty to enjoy.  From snow-capped mountains that surround you, to teal blue glacier-fed lakes, to actual glaciers you can touch, Canada has so much to experience and appreciate. Here are a few amazing places we visited.

Western Canada

Athabasca River, Jasper NP, Canada

Jasper National Park - a quiet National Park compared to Banff, Jasper has several waterfalls along a river that has cut many layers of rock, forming tall layered cliffs to marvel at.  Drive along Icefields Parkway to view glaciers in many directions, walk up to a glacier or two or take in a hike to find a teal blue lake - so many ways to enjoy Jasper National Park.

Lake Louise, Banff NP, Canada

Banff National Park - Home to the world famous teal blue Lake Louise, the $20 Canadian bill view of Lake Moraine, and Johnston Canyon, Banff National Park is another awesome place to take in the views of the Canadian Rockies.

Marble Canyon, Kootenay NP, Canada

Kootenay National Park - Deep gorges with flowing blue waters, cross the Continental Divide and take a bath in the hot springs - all these found at Kootenay National Park, just southwest of Banff.

Kettle-Valley-Railway Tunnel, Hope BC, Canada

Kettle-Valley-Railway Tunnels - Not too far from Vancouver, this once-railroad that connected coastal British Columbia to interior British Columbia, this set of 5 granite tunnels make an interesting hike alongside the rushing blue waters of the Coquihalla River.
